“Your Mouth’s A Roller Coaster” Visceral Imagery From The Basement by Chuck Nitzberg and Dan Romer   The NYC art world is a big place but there are still opportunities to mix an mingle and meet some amazing artists and people who you can call friends.  Dan Romer and Chuck Nitzberg certainly fit that description.  Naturally,  we often only get a chance to see each other and catch up at (what else) gallery openings but once a connection is established, it is there for good.  Both Chuck and Dan have both been very generous in donating artwork in the past for Housing Works’ Queer Works Art Auction in which Chauncey curated at the Hell’s Kitchen location in June of 2011 and 2012 and we are certainly fans of both of their work.  We definitely suggest you check out their ‘duet’ show opening Friday, November 7th at 6pm called ‘Your Mouth’s A Roller Coaster’.!   Exhibition Dates: November 8th – 10th, 12-6 pm Opening Reception: November 7, 6-8 pm Prince St. Project Space 127-B Prince Street, New York, NY10012 An exhibit of new works on paper by Chuck Nitzberg and Dan Romer and an extensive collaborative installation by both artists.
